This past weekend Paul and I had the pleasure of photographing my good friend Holly and her family. You might remember Little Man from my adventures in babysitting, or maybe from his newborn photos or maybe his 6 month(ish) photos, either way suffice it to say he has gotten bigger and more independent and more him.
He let me know right off the bat that this was not going to be as easy as calling his name and he'd look my way, let alone smile, he was much too busy exploring and running away from us to care too much about what I wanted. LOL
As is common with this age I got LOTS of photos of his cute little back as he turned and ran, but every once in awhile I got lucky and got in the right spot as he turned. ha! take that Mr. Man! :)
It was a Daddy day, even Mummy said so... he wasn't all that interested in Mummy or me either for that matter, maybe it was really a dude day.
He LOVED Paul, well he LOVED Paul when he was running around behind me acting like a fool. Honestly without Paul I'm not sure we would have gotten any photos of Little Man looking and smiling.
Certainly without Paul this would not have been possible.
Even though it was a Daddy day he still got a few cuddles in with Mummy.
Peek-a-boo from behind a tree proved to be a big hit as well.....
So to sum up how Mr. Man felt that day:
Daddy= wooohoooo! FUN!
Mummy= sweet moments but mostly not interested
Paul acting like a fool=laughter and giggles and more!
Me =not a chance lady
LOL sounds like a typical 2 year old to me. :)
Thanks so much Holly, David and Little Man, we had a great time! love ya!
